Introduction
I am a clinical psychologist, CBT trained therapist and a member of the Association for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.

I work within the framework of CBT:

  • feelings of “I don’t know what I want from life”, “how to worry less”, “I want to understand myself”, “how to overcome laziness”.

Since 2020, I have been undergoing personal therapy, regularly participating in intervisions and supervisions (meeting with a group of specialists to analyze difficult client cases, exchange experience, and prevent burnout).
Since 2021, I have been running a private practice, holding monthly advanced training courses in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy at the Association for Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy.
