User Agreement
1. General
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions of using the monday4me Bot https://t.me/monday4me_bot (hereinafter referred to as the “Bot”) by the Users.
1.2. The Bot administration reserves the right to unilaterally alter the contents of the User Agreement at any time.
1.3. The use of the Bot by the User shall mean that the User accepts and undertakes to comply with all the terms and conditions stated below.
1.4. This Agreement shall not require signatures from either party and shall be valid in electronic form.
1.5. This Agreement is permanently available on the Website at https://www.monday4.me/user-agreement/eng
2. Terms and conditions of using the Bot and its materials and publishing information
2.1. The information published in the Bot is provided for informational purposes, i. e. provided to inform the interested Users.
2.2. The Bot shall send notices and newsletters to users in the Telegram messenger (Telegram).
2.3. The information published in the Bot is taken from public sources. The Bot administration shall not be liable for its relevance and accuracy.
2.4. The User shall use the Bot at their own risk and peril. The Administration shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the use or impossibility to use the Bot.
2.5. The User undertakes to use the Bot only for legitimate purposes and shall not publish materials of the following type or links to them: materials violating the legislation of the Russian Federation, carrying threats and offences, discrediting other persons, violating the rights of citizens to privacy or public order, or being obscene; materials supporting or containing calls for religious, racial or ethnic tension, containing attempts of incitement to hatred or calls for violence; other materials that incite other persons to unlawful behavior leading to criminal, civil and other liability or otherwise violating legislative provisions.
2.6. The User shall not carry out activities that may result in a temporary or continuous loss of function of the Bot or infliction of harm to other users of the Bot or other websites.
2.7. All objects posted on the Website and in the Bot, including design elements, texts, graphics, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds and other objects and their sets, shall be objects covered by the exclusive rights of the Website Administration and other proprietors, and all rights in these objects are reserved unless otherwise specified.
2.8. The Bot administration reserves the right to change the design or content of the Bot, modify or supplement the used scripts, software, or other objects used or stored in the Bot, or any server applications at any time, with or without prior notice.
2.9. The User is entitled to transfer non-exclusive rights to use the objects being their intellectual property to the Bot Administration objects for the use of such objects by the Administration for information purposes.
2.10. The User shall not publish, alter, transfer to third parties, create derivative products or otherwise use, in part or in whole, the content of the Bot without the prior written approval of the Administration.
2.11. The Administration shall not be liable for unauthorized access of third parties to information of the Users obtained by criminal means and/or by means of social engineering, attacks and other methods used for illegal acquisition of personal data.
3. Paid services
3.1. Current subscription price: 99 RUB per month.
3.2. Refund
3.2.1 The return of funds shall not be available after the consent to their transfer is granted, except for the established cases of technical problems and incorrect functioning of the service features confirmed by photo and video screenshots and/or technical support.
3.2.2 All claims concerning the functioning of the service and refund applications shall be sent via the technical support chat from the main menu of the Bot.
3.3. Renewal of subscription
3.3.1. By pressing the “Pay” or “Subscribe” button in the Bot, the User agrees to automatic renewal of the subscription. The subscription may be canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal.
The return of funds shall not be available after the consent to their transfer is granted, except for the established cases of technical problems and incorrect functioning of the service features confirmed by photo and video screenshots and/or technical support.
3.3.2. The subscription shall be automatically renewed for a month until it is cancelled. The User shall be liable for the term of the subscription and cancellation of the automatic renewal before the payment is processed.
3.3.3. The subscription may be cancelled by means of sending a message about the intention to cancel the subscription to the technical support chat from the main menu of the Bot. The User shall state that they want to cancel the subscription.
3.3.4. All claims concerning the functioning of the service shall be sent to support@monday4.me
